Testimonials

"It’s hard to put into words how much Harvest has done for me. It’s been a learning platform, it’s been a place of connection, it’s somewhere I can go and feel like I can be myself whilst simultaneously becoming a better version of myself. I’ve learnt many invaluable things in this space. I think the favourite thing I’ve learnt so far is that it’s okay to fail as long as I try. That’s easy to hear but hard to practise unless you’ve got people there cheering you on. I feel like in Harvest I’ve found my own personal cheer squad. I’ve never walked into a space that is so free of judgement and so full of love. Harvest has changed my life, and I’ll forever be grateful for it."

"Since coming along to Harvest I’ve been deeply blessed and also challenged in healthy ways along with being gifted with helpful knowledge and practical tools that I’m finding useful to apply everyday. I’ve walked the “self-help, recovery, growth, healing, therapy and self-awareness” journey for over 3 decades as a lifestyle and there’s always something new to learn and integrate into my life. I love the team approach that Dave and Lisa offer and their vision for Solace Haven is really special and something our community needs. I believe the sessions are practically resourceful and relatable to everyone on different levels. I value there’s no pressure to share during discussions but there is also a safe encouraging environment for those who choose to, and I usually do, I’m received with no judgement but rather understanding and curiosity and acceptance. On the weeks I’ve been unable to attend I really do miss it, it’s now become a part of my week and I’m truly grateful."

FAQ

Who is the Harvest Program for?

The Harvest Program is designed currently for women (a mens group to still to come) seeking a safe and supportive environment to grow in identity, purpose, and value. Whether you’re facing personal challenges, seeking empowerment, or looking for a strong community, the program provides the tools and connections to help you move forward.

How does the program work?

Each term has 8 sessions. The program provides educational tools, community support, and a space where you can share your story, build confidence, and learn practical skills for personal growth.

How much does it cost to participate?

The cost to participate is $80 per term. This covers all 8 sessions.

Is my payment refundable if I change my mind?

The $80 fee helps cover the program costs and is generally-non refundable. (This is why we offer a 'come and see' first session for free) However, if unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

What if I’m new and want to join a currently running program?

If you are new, you are welcome to attend one session for free to see if the program is a good fit for you. If you decide to continue, you will pay pro-rata for the remaining sessions in the term. For example, if you join after your free session with 6 sessions remaining, your cost would be $60.

Do I need to commit to the full term?

We ask participants to commit to all 8 sessions to gain the maximum benefit from the program. We understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise, and while missed sessions are not refundable, we provide emailed content after each session for continued learning. Participants will also have the opportunity to stay connected with the group online and offline between sessions.

The $80 fee is a minimal contribution towards the cost of running the program, which would typically be valued at $600+ per term in a group coaching setting. As a registered charity, Solace Haven aims to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining high-quality support. In most cases, fees are non-refundable, as they contribute directly to the opeTestimonial Sectionration of the program; however, exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Is the program suitable for parents?

Yes! We offer a child-friendly space so that parents, particularly mothers, can participate without concerns about childcare.

What kind of support is available through the program?

The Harvest program provides support in areas such as mental well-being, personal strengths & responsibility, working through barriers and goal setting. We provide an intake assessment to make sure you have the wrap around care you need outside the scope of our work like: Financial, Employment, Housing, Legal, DV, Spiritual, Physical & Mental Health, Addictions & Relationships. We care about supporting your best interest!

How do I sign up?

To register for the Harvest Program or to attend a free trial session, please contact us through our website, email, or visit one of our community locations.

Can I join more than one term?

Absolutely! Many participants find value in continuing beyond one term to deepen their growth, relationships, and learning.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Harvest Program!
